You’re tired of holding it all together.

It can feel as though your mind never really turns off. You try to push through, but the anxiety, second-guessing, or pressure keeps coming back.

You might wonder why things feel harder than they should. Or you might feel stuck between who you are and who you’re supposed to be.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. But you don’t have to have everything figured out. This can be a place to slow things down and sort through what’s going on, at your pace.

Finding Your Balance

You begin to understand what’s actually in your control and what isn’t. That shift can make things feel less overwhelming.

Feeling Like Yourself

Therapy For a More Balanced Life

Therapy here is focused on helping you understand what’s going on, not just getting through the week. We work together to make sense of patterns, emotions, and decisions so that things feel more manageable and you feel more like yourself.

About Balanced Living Therapies

At Balanced Living Therapies, the focus is on helping people make sense of what’s going on in their lives and feel more like themselves again.

The practice is led by Mandy, a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience, and is staffed by a growing team of clinicians. Together, we work with adults, teens, and couples, using approaches like ACT, EMDR, and Gottman to support you through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Our approach is straightforward. We look at what’s in your control and what isn’t, and we work on both. That might mean changing patterns that aren’t helping, and it might also mean learning how to sit with things you can’t fix.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone.

Taking the first step can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. We can start with what’s been on your mind and go from there.
